What’s an active user?

An active user is simply a user who is actively using their account. If you decide to scale back, you can deactivate individual users. If a user remains deactivated during an entire billing month then you will not be charged for that user.

Who owns my data?

All of the data is yours to keep! If you decide that SENDit is not right for you, then we don’t want you to be tethered by data ownership, so you can export all of your data at any time!
